Confines and Candlelight is a collection of poems that touch on everything from depression, anxiety, break ups to falling in love again after having your heart broken. It is my own personal journey, my own struggles and the way I have navigated through them. I talk about things no one wants to talk about. The way it feels on a bad depression day. The way anxiety is consuming. The way we all sometimes give a little too much of ourselves to people who don't deserve it. I hope that this book provides you some comfort and some community. None of us are alone in our struggles, and there is always a flicker of candlelight no matter how confined we feel by the hurts that consume us.
