It's so sad to see a once-stalwart devil go right.

Friendship. Love. Empathy. The vices of our Enemy, the hated Creator, have taken root in the heart of the former Captain Malthus as he's settled into the role of wizard cadet Soren Marlowe. For the Dark Lord's sake, he joined a damn sewing club!

Not all is bleak, though. He still has a devil's penchant for self-preservation, and the drive to do whatever it takes to return to us, including joining the Holy Brotherhood of Mankind. We do love the moxie of an undercover devil joining the most virulent demon-haters in all the human realms.

However, there is always a price. A captured enemy knows about Malthus' demonic nature. His only hope is to assassinate him before the Wizard Corps can extract the truth from him.

We know Captain Malthus well. He wouldn't hesitate to snuff out anybody to save himself.
