A fun read

When Brenda Scott wakes up on New Year Day with a guy that she does know, it released a Brenda who loves lignerie. A chance meeting with Nick(the man who she woke up with) lead to a romance that will change Brenda's life. "Confessions of a Lingerie Addict" by Jennifer Ashley was a sexy read. It was fun book with great characters, that makes a great beach read.

Lingerie Laughter

I totally enjoyed this book. It is like I am reading about myself. The situations that Brenda gets herself into will make you laugh. I would compare this novel to Confessions of a Shopaholic, this one is just as good but with lingerie being the items that are being shopped for. I would recommend this for any Shopaholic who enjoys wearing lingerie or who would like to wear lingerie.

The title intrigued me.....

I picked this up due to the title and front cover, to read on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed this book from cover to cover! Brenda Scott made me laugh, cry and want to shout out "you go girl"! I felt like I was part of the story from the very beginning and couldn't wait to get home and find other books written by this Author!

A Funny Read With Memorable Characters!

One of my favorite historical romance authors has taken a detour and for her latest effort has penned a rather quirky chick-lit/contemporary romance that was highly entertaining and fun to read. Brenda is a woman that has not had the best track record with men, take her latest...Larry. "Mr. Perfect" has it all except for a personality that's not obnoxious oh...and we can't forget that he just dumped Brenda on New Years Eve. Well, she's not going to let that stop her. No way our Brenda is made of much sterner stuff and in a moment of insight decides to head into a very expensive lingerie store in order to console herself. This starts her off on a lingerie addiction that she is only too happy to accomodate. Now if she could just get over the man that she woke up with earlier in the day. Of course Yes, I did say man but you must read the book in order to find out just how mystery man fits in! Never fear Brenda along with a wonderful secondary cast tell a rather funny tale of finding love where you least expect to find it, with the last person you thought possible. This was a fun chick-lit read and although written in first person not obnoxious in anyway. This is one read that I highly recommend, and I hope that Ms. Ashley continues penning heartwarming contemporaries. Official Reviewer for Romance Designs

Jennifer Ashley writes a warm amusing romp that is fun to follow as Nick peels away the complex layers that make up Brenda while wanting to add him as the biggest most loving piece of the puzzle.
