You can have a heart in Corporate America!

This is a brillant "how to succeed" manual that illustrates how one can be witty, passionate and yes, respectfull while climbing to the top! Emotional intelligence is the foundation of Moore's and Aylward's leadership styles, lessons that all executives should take to heart. Two lessons learned that have stayed with me: Don't stop looking for a corporate soul mate and put away the blackberry while on the hunt. Bravo!
Found! One corporate soul mate.

Finally! A name for the most prized possession at work. A corporate soul mate. Moore and Aylward have finally put in writing what all of us want the world to hear...that "business is personal" and that it's more successful and more rewarding if you take the extra time to know and understand the needs of your colleagues. Loved the conversational style of the book - a fast, but powerful read!
Well worth your time and money

Nothing like tried-and-true advice from someone who's "been there, done that." Quickly got my attention. Authors' insights and guidance will help anyone wanting to gain (or improve) professional success. Their philosophies, mistakes and stories make for interesting reading. Well written by two CEO-experienced executives who successfully led multi-million dollar corporations. Worth your time and money.
