M & M Press, Fayetteville, Arkansas has published a new edition of this book. Completely reset in easily read type, the new version also features an historical introduction by Michael B. Dougan, Professor of History, Arkansas State University, some additional material that did not appear in the original, and an Index (which was sorely lacking in the original).
