In this book, PPy nanocomposite powders and films were characterized using a range of analytical techniques. SEM was employed to examine surface morphology, while XRD provided insights into crystal structure. UV-Vis spectroscopy enabled compound identification and offered information on particle size. FTIR was used to assess the chemical composition of particles. TGA explored changes in physical and chemical properties with respect to temperature variation. The DC electrical conductivity of the samples was measured using the Two Probe Method across varying temperatures. Additionally, gas sensing properties including response time, recovery, sensitivity, selectivity, repeatability, and long-term stability, were evaluated at room temperature.
