The specific objectives of this work included to examine the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding to both mother and infants, also to ascertain the sociocultural perception associated with exclusive breastfeeding among working mothers in developing economy and to assess the effectiveness of the practice of exclusive breastfeeding among working mothers in developing economy.
