The book introduces a new paradigm for gradually organizing teacher education content and technology, as well as their use in online education. Fundamental research has defined the characteristics of each step of teacher education, and this book describes the developed five-stage model. The content and technologies defined for each level serve to grow the future teacher into a well-rounded specialist. Self-identification: a teacher has defined his professional identity. Self-organization: a citizen teacher who examines legislative documents in his professional activity and performs his tasks properly; Scientific-pedagogical formation: a researcher-teacher who views professional activity as a scientific-practical process; Self-improvement: the instructor assesses his professional level, identifies his strengths and limitations, and develops his professionalism to stay up with the most recent developments. Self-actualization refers to a creative teacher who remains professionally relevant.The acquired experience was implemented in the form of distance education at the undergraduate level of pedagogical specialties between 2019 and 2021, and the findings were published in the book.
