Cybercrimes and smart defamation. the book is oriented to the clarification of cybercrimes, as well as to the expansion of the law that governs them. Extension that concerns all crimes committed through IT devices or rather connected to the network. Specifically, we are talking about online defamation, and how this is looming in various crimes, precisely computerized or that intertwine other realities resulting, for example, in the violation of personal data, confidentiality, and the reputation in toto of the person victim of any crime committed to through the internet, in this case defamation.

Therefore the possibility of adjusting the penal code is evaluated, and to extend Law 48/2008, to include all those crimes, committed in the virtual world.
