This book offers original methodological alternatives in the field of educational research to novice and experienced researchers. Regardless of the period and interests of the researchers, it describes procedures in favour of adopting methodological positions adapted to quantitative and qualitative approaches, emphasising the personal and professional aspects that researchers or thesis students require during the choice, writing, organisation and definition of the research variable(s), their operationalisation, formulation of objectives and/or purposes, the approach, methods, techniques and instruments of data collection and the procedures for data analysis up to the presentation of results in educational research.
