In railway construction one of the priority issues is the development of technologies and materials aimed at maximum damping of vibrodynamic impacts arising during the movement of trains, reducing their harmful effects on the railroad track, as well as improving the safety and comfort of their movement. One of the effective ways to reduce vibrodynamic loads in the area of the rail joint is the use of elastic under-rail pads.
