"Complete Collection of scientists travel to Russia" was published by the President of the St. Petersburg Academy of Sciences, SS Uvarov for the purpose of compiling and disseminating basic information about Russia resulting from the expeditions of the Academy of Sciences, taken in different years. The work includes the following studies: "Description of the Land of Kamchatka" Stepan Petrovich Krasheninnikov, a botanist and ethnographer, party second Kamchatka expedition; "Notes of Travel academician Lepekhina" (Ivan Lepekhin, scientist and lexicographer, took part in many scientific expeditions in the Urals, the Volga region, Western Siberia and the Russian North); "Travel Notes of Academician Falk" (Johann Peter Falk, a physician and naturalist, was the chief of the Orenburg expedition, swept Siberia and the Altai). Each study anticipates the biography of the author. The publication illustrates the atlas, the first notebook in the first part of which consisted of maps, plans and drawings related to the study of SP Krasheninnikov, "Description of the Land of Kamchatka" (volumes 1 and 2 of "Meeting"). The second part of the first notebook to include the image "Travel Notes of Academician II Lepekhin" (3, 4, and 5 volumes). The second part of satin with drawings to the "Diary of travel Academician Falk," as the eighth volume of "Assembly", which should contain the third part of the study Falk, were not published. Atlas contains illustrations to the "Complete Collection of scientists travel to Russia", published under the auspices of the St. Petersburg Academy of Sciences in 1818 1825's.
