Formal education has four important components namely (1) Student (2) Teacher (3) Management Committee and (4) Government. Teacher is the essential part of school education. Teacher has a great impression on students. Students are the upcoming citizens of the society. Their concrete and civilized personality chiefly relies on teachers‟ vigorous behaviour. Principal‟s status is equally important for school development and quality education. If the principal himself / herself suffers from constant stress and dissatisfaction, he / she won‟t get indulged properly in his / her work. The principal having less stress can perform his / her responsibilities healthily and can involve himself / herself properly in his / her work. Even though, India is considered as a developing country at an international level, we need to accept the reality that compared to increasing population; we have lagged behind in quality education.
