Burkina Faso is among the least urbanised countries in West Africa. However, urbanisation is a real and growing phenomenon. In the case of the city of Ouagadougou, the municipal authorities are confronted with various problems of unprecedented urban development. The issues of urban space management and development of the Ouagadougou agglomeration are at the centre of their concerns. The main aim of this work is to reflect on how to improve the development of housing plots.
