'Detective Constable Eleanor Edwards closed the door of the flat where the other officers were photographing the crime scene. Some had been futilely questioning the residents of the neighbouring flats to assess whether they had heard any sounds on the night of the murder. Eleanor sprinted down the carpeted staircase to the main door of the building. She unlatched the main door, pushing it open. She was greeted by a gust of wind as she stepped outside.
