The most favorable driving force for renewable energy demand is public policy due to impacts of climate change in societies. The system development requires a substantial amount of money because strong institution outside judiciary is important for nation building and better life of the people. The source of funding through stock market is crucial for promoting solar system investment because funding with debts is a major barrier in planning project, purchasing and installing equipment and training staff for the operation and maintenance of the system. The renewable energy resources that are nationally abundant for regular provision of electricity are sustainable provision for those without electricity access and the entire population. The institutional and private investment into PV application segments will promote and support appropriate financing mechanism with focus on renewable preferences in stock market through public policy for efficient delivery in different sectors.
