CEMAC is the culmination of a process of revitalizing the construction of the Central African community, which began in the wake of the UDEAC crisis. This community, which aims to be a community governed by the rule of law, includes a Community Court of Justice, whose essential mission, under the terms of the revised Yaound Treaty of June 25 2008, is the jurisdictional control of the community's activities. Beyond the principle of freedom of movement, the aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the action of the Community judge as it results from the interpretation, harmonization and application of the principle of freedom of movement within CEMAC.
