This volume publishes a selection of the papers presented at the 14th Annual Communication Policy Research in Latin America (CPR Latam) conference. The conference brings together academics, civil society, and public and private sector leaders from across Latin America and the Caribbean to discuss the key issues facing the development of digital infrastructure and information ecosystems in the region. The 14th CPR LATAM conference was held on October 18-25, 2021 in a hybrid format with virtual and in-person attendees in Mexico City.
