Communication by public enterprises in Beni: OCC, DGI and INSS

The subject of our research is entitled "The problem of communication practices within public companies in Beni". As all research always starts with an observation, our starting point for this study was the observation that the communication department is non-existent and poorly perceived in public organisations in Beni. As internal communication is one of the variations of corporate communication, it is also a component of an overall system for organising information flows and exchanges. This means that it is an element of the social system, insofar as it plays a very important role that contributes to the existence of the latter. Our findings are sufficient proof that communication is not well directed in public companies, because it is less effective and unprofessional according to the target we have set ourselves.
