A book of great "Value"

This book taught me a great deal about how to communicate and listen more effectively. There are GREAT andecdotes and stories sprinkled throughout which make for a very enjoyable and accesable read. I would defy anyone not to be able to relate on some level with the material written in this book. With the modern world relying more and more upon electronic communication it is a breath of fresh air to be reminded of the importance and necessity of actually being able to communicate with one another as opposed to typing an email or talking to a machine. The world could be a more pleasant place, if we could all learn to communicate with VALUES.
