It is an interesting book on the training and hardships that a recruit of the Royal Marine Commandos must go through to get the green beret. It also showed what they had to go through in Afghanistan in the war against terror. It shows what a recruit must do to consider himself a Royal Marine and what they must accomplish to wear the green beret.
