Synopsis "Being Gay is like being left-handed. Some people are, most people aren't and nobody really knows why. It's not right or wrong, it's just the way things are " 'Color of God' is a book which will soon turn into a film is about a bum boy named Vijay Singh. He used to live in Delhi with his widowed mother, Kusum Singh, and a lovely sister named Sneha Singh. His sister was her heartthrob On the other hand, his mother was the one who never embraced his sexuality She was too concerned about society than his son who was then terminated from his job because of being a 'Gay'. His sister, however, was the only person who inspired him to be 'himself'. After his sister's marriage, all that Vijay had was the presence of her mother. It was too taken away from him a day after the wedding night A financially broken and unwaged Vijay was then accommodated by Sneha's Family. Over time, his physicality, unemployment, and dependency on Sneha led to inconsequential issues in her new family The brother-sister duo had to finally surrender before the evil traditions and expectations of 'so- called' society. He had to shift before the rift so generated, could spoil his sister's relationship with everyone at her in-laws'. He finally had landed a job in New York City where he was welcomed with lower-class accommodation. It's rightly said, "When Autumn comes, can Spring be far behind?" With the change of time, one sudden day, Vijay was able to prove his ability before his boss Mark Richardson when he unexpectedly cracked a deal for the company He had then fallen into the good books of his boss. The workplace and a promotional life had made him too happy when he got one more reason to add a feather to his cap. Sneha had delivered a baby girl All these beautiful incidents were encountered with an unforeseen proposal of 'marriage' by Mark who had then fallen in love with every bit of Vijay Vijay was astounded He embraced the joy with open arms. Sneha fought all the patriarchy and went to New York to attend the "Gay-Wedding". A grand, showy ceremony was hosted at NYC, Riverside Church. It was not even a day after their marriage when Sneha announced her sudden departure She left for Delhi where she was escorted by her family. While driving the way back home, the family met a swift accident. Everyone inside the car lost their lives except for the 21-month old new bee The custody of the so- saved baby girl was handed over to CARA by the cops. Devastated by the news, the Gay couple had to return to India When they went to CARA to assure the custody of the girl-child, they were denied In India, A single female is allowed to adopt a child of any gender but a single male is not allowed to adopt a girl child. Even same-sex marriages are not legally accepted Vijay and Mark had to fight for the custody of the little one. Even at the stake of their newly formed relationship, they fought against social injustice, sexuality, exclusiveness, and patriarchy They even embraced the significance of Adoption and Surrogacy for same-sex couples which lead to an International media debate on LGBTQI. The case was finally presented before the Supreme Court Of India. Will they get the custody of the girl-child and be the first Gay Couple to create the revolution? Or Sneha's only life will move into the hands of the unknown? This will be the biggest cinematic debate in the history of LGBTQI rights The story's climax will lead the readers on a roller coaster journey of emotions and a sense of justice for such men who do exist in our society. Every eye will be on the biggest democracy of the world to set an example Let's be one of the contributors in their peregrination. Copyright:21157/2021-CO/L
