The Color Inspiration Notebook helps addresses the common Do It Yourselfer's lament, "Help! I don't know how to choose the perfect color to paint this piece of furniture."The Notebook is a 24-page, 6" by 9" take-everywhere tool loosely bound at one edge with a screw post and printed on heavy stock. When the pages are fanned out, a color wheel appears on both sides of each page at the top. All of the colors that make up the color wheel are included, plus white, brown, black, neutrals and metallics. One side of each page includes stunning color inspiration photos taken by author Debbie Dion Hayes during excursions in the USA, Europe and Morocco. The opposite side of each page provides space for the user to adhere paint swatches, fabric samples, magazine clips and more. A brief introduction includes simple color theory and application for choosing and combining colors and pattern for painted furniture projects. Extra blank pages are included for project notes.This Notebook is not meant to be a precious keepsake.
