Excellent book. I am currently in a class at a university that uses this book. It is user friendly, making the study of collective behavior interesting and informative. I wish every college course book was this easy to understand, making this course fun to study.

About Collective Behavior

I find this to be an exceptional text book, the reading is easy-the chapters are not overbearingly long, Dr.Locher goes into detail without drowning the student in over-technical terminology that confuses undergrads. I am currently a student using this text and I find it to be better than many of the other sociology texts I have used in the past.
