Collections made to order. Collections made easy

Learning new ways of looking at collections is a pleasure. I was surpised to read this book and find little gems in it that could help me improve my job as a collector. You can teach a old dog new tricks if you are dedicated to the process of change. I also like the fact that this book was also understanding of the debtor issues. This book tries to make a win for collection as well as the debtors.

The book was in great shape, cover a little used but no tears, or markings. A super buy over the full price for a new book. The description of condition was very honest.

Excellent Collection Tips for a non-collector background!

I began my job as a collections analyst a few months ago (and having done payroll for the past 7 years, was very out of the loop on collection methods today) and bought this book for tips on proven methods to obtain payments. Helpful information on legal collections.

I thought this book dealt with legal collections more than anything else. I think it would be helpful to any business owner hoping to jump start their collections or accounts receivable department. It is an easy read and has some helpful information for any business owner or credit professional.
