Collection and Services in IARI and GBPUAT Libraries

Mere agricultural university library collection, storage and orgnisation of information/ information services are not enough. Therefore, the mission of an agricultural library is to serve as a gateway to information and to promote intellectual discovery of its users by building up a need based quality collection of documents. Qualitative collection and effective services maximize the use of library. Therefore, in order to deliver the agricultural information at the right times in the right manner for the users, the modern agricultural libraries are using different techniques and services.
