The goal of this book is to explain circumstances which lead to formation of 5 state-based communities under the name of Yugoslavia. Regarding to geostrategic and geopolitical situation in the region in which those communities were organized, this book will also explain claims of some European states for these territories, which, today, are popularly called - Balkan.The fact is that this part of Europe is for the long period of time point of dispute and focus of many wars. In here, we deal whit the causes of those disputes, claims and wars. Special part of the book is dedicated to penultimate Yugoslavia, because its the epilogue of the perennial efforts of couple of nations to form and organise joint state community. In the first part of book we set some definitions and explanations. We define Balkans, term and phenomenon of Yugoslavia and introduce six nations that formed those states.In second part we will take closer look at all five states which were named Yugoslavia. Besides that we will get familiar with wars that were waged from 1991. to 1995., and events that lead to them, including the international factor and their actions during that period. In the end, we are setting the theory that will explain why it was impossible to establish and organise fully functional state community of South Slavs.
