Collaborative Production Control for Job-Shop Manufacturing Systems

In this research we monitor production control (shop floor system) in Heavy Engineering Equipment State Company " H.E.E.S.Co." which is regarded as an integral part of productions system. In this research, production control system in Heavy Engineering Equipment State Company " H.E.E.S.Co." used to monitor material and information flow when producing different products is investigated. Analysis of information flow further is conducted so as to solve delay and bottleneck in production in this system. Actual questionnaire is performed in H.E.E.S.Co (80%) of workers claimed (information / communication) is bad in different dimensions . Internal collaborative system is developed to boost communication so as to reduce delays in due date, because customers may have real time basis to their products progress. Different reports generated from the Coll.P.S depend upon the direction of use i.e for customers that could be instantly informed through the web of their order progress, or for mangers where detailed data about (orders, work station, materials....etc) are revealed
