This book offers a guide for understanding, planning, recording, and using coherent multidimensional spectroscopy to overcome congestion and complexity problems that plague traditional gas phase molecular spectroscopy. Unlike traditional 1D spectra that are too congested to analyze, these multidimensional spectroscopic techniques produce highly patterned spectra where peaks are resolved and automatically sorted by species and quantum number.
