With three editions of Bourbon Mixology published, author Steve Akley wanted to expand beyond just signature bourbon cocktails from iconic bars. This time he wanted to take a look at themed drinks. Two categories that seemed like natural fits were coffee-themed and holiday-themed creations. Coffee is a drink enjoyed by so many people in the morning it's amazing it hasn't expanded further into the cocktail world. Steve has 19 bars sharing their signature coffee cocktail with you.
