Unreadable

Although the title and synopsis seemed intriguing, this book missed the mark for me. The author has an outdated and bias view on codependency rather than one based on research. There is a bitter tone throughout which made it even more difficult to read. I would not recommend this book.

excellant book

The best and most realistic treatment of the topic of codependency I have ever read . The author is exceptionly well qualified. I highly recommend the book.
