Good Pictures and Translations

I lived in Panama for 4 years. This cookbook brings back a lot of memories. Very good recipes. Some things are lost in translation Ex: 1 block brown sugar. You have to wing it sometimes, but you'll know when the taste is right.

Amazing book

This is really "the cookbook" of Panama. For who is from the land will recognize the most varied plates that our mothers and grandparents did. It is a delicacy to travel through the time among the most several plates. It is worthwhile to venture for the different incomes of the different flavors and find that is more pleasant.
