Monotonous activity of quadriceps muscles lead to low requirement of motor unit of quadriceps that resulted in poor strength of quadriceps, therefore Q angle was increased. Continues kneeling compress the meniscus in between articulating surface of knee joint hence causes damage to the cartilage of knee joint.
