Medication Assisted Treatment with Buprenorphine and counseling, continues to gain popularity as a primary option for treating Opioid Use Disorder. Both counselors and physicians are on a sharp learning curve developing and refining a consistent delivery system for this very effective medication.Counseling begins when we pick up the phone. Some of the patients that contact us will already be seeing a prescriber and are stable on Buprenorphine.
