Clinical studies on the use of B vitamins

In order to optimize the treatment of sensorineural hearing loss, various visual impairments and vertebrogenic pain syndromes in children, we studied the effect of B-group drugs in the complex treatment of these diseases. According to the data of the study, the use of B-group drugs in the complex treatment of sensorineural hearing loss in children has a positive effect on the degree of severity of clinical symptomatology of NCT and improves audiogram parameters. The use of B-group preparations in the complex treatment of visual impairment in children (myopia, hypermetropia, astigmatism) has a positive effect on the severity of clinical symptoms and improves ophthalmological and neurological examination indices. Use of B-group drugs in the complex treatment of vertebrogenic syndromes in children effectively reduces the intensity of pain syndrome in patients with acute, subacute and chronic pain syndromes, especially acute and subacute back pain, which directly affects the improvement of psycho-emotional state, slightly reducing manifestations of asthenovegetative and cerebrastenic syndromes.
