World Class Anatomy and Physiology textbook

This item is a must have for all Vet Techs from juniors to seniors, youngens to oldies. It has great easy to read and understand text. I have seriously fallen in love with this book and definatly agree that it will be hard to find second hand in the future. Pictures are awsome. Definatly recommend this one for all Vet Techs out there.

Great Reference

This is a great reference book. I gave it to my husband who is a vet tech. He keeps it at the clinic so everyone can use it.

Finally a clear, well written Anatomy & Physiology textbook for Vet Techs! No more interpolating from the human anatomy books. This book is well written, with clear and easily understood illustrations. It may become difficult to find this book "used" in the next few years; it is a book I will keep long after the course is over, to refer to in other classes. The sidebar on nutrition was especially helpful in another class this year.

Great resource

I'm heading to vet school in the fall and I bought this book to review topics and as a shelf reference. I've been very happy with it. It is well organized and easy to understand.

Excelent book for veterinary technicians and students!

Part of the curriculum required for my veterinary technology degree were classes in human anatomy and physiology. I found this book to be a great way to make the transition from human to animal anatomy and physiology. Species covered include: cats, dogs, horses, cattle, and birds Great for reviewing and reference. Each chapter contains detailed illustrations and diagrams. Clinical applications are included in each chapter that helps connect the topic discussed with real word applications in veterinary medicine.
