As a fellow author, I thoroughly enjoyed Kathlene Haskins unique book revealing a lingering, intimate look at our loving Savior, Jesus. She has effectively portrayed our Lord as a loving friend who is approachable and yet still Holy. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations between Abby, the main character, and Jesus who spend a day together as friends--yet so much more. The book is peppered with scriptures in both Jesus' words and narrative thought. Though perhaps a bit heavy with scripture reference at times, the story shines with insight into a depth of relationship desirable to us all as we trust in Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Excellent read

I just finished this book, it is an excellent read. The story of Abbey and John is thrilling. I couldn't put the book down, after I found for myself, I had to skip the scripture for the first time I read it. I then went back and read the book with the scriptures. The journey of Abbey was a miracle, and very inspiring. I live in New York, and have visited all the sites that are used in the book, and I think her description of Jesus is what I would picture him. I was able to use my imagination, and saw every scene. Thank You Kathlene for writing this inspiring book.
