I have always maintained that it is senseless taking personal growth courses and reading self-help books if something is blocking that development. Finally, a book has arrived that has codified over a hundred potential blocks to growth. "Climb Every Obstacle" can help anyone identify what may be standing in the way of happiness and fulfillment. The author (Anita Jefferson) includes stories, formulae, and commentary to challenge the reader's mind and push boundaries. It can be read on a superficial level to simply gain perspective, or it can be digested and absorbed to greater depths to act as a catalyst for substantive change. Brian E. Walsh PhD, author of "Unleashing Your Brilliance."

How to Overcome Obstacles 101
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 21 years ago
A truly empowering work. Anita Jefferson gives us 101 inspiring ways to climb over, go around, and go through 101 of life's obstacles. Some of the things she sights as obstacles are very eye opening. Not eveyone would realize that TRADITION(Obstacle 99) can be a stumbling block. I found her words of wisdom on BURNOUT(Obstacle 13) and EMULATION(Obstacle 36) to be very useful "nuggets". You can flip through this book and find helpful hints for the obstacle(s) you are currently facing or you can read it straight through and be prepared for the obstacles you will face in the future. Either way, read this book.
