Increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gases viz. Methane (CH4), nitrous oxide (N2O) and CFC due to fossil fuel burning, rapid industrialization and deforestation, reduce the amount of earth's radiation, which escapes to space. This is out turn in the rise in earth's temperature level and the atmospheric level also. Climate change refers to any change in climate over time, whether due to natural variability or as a result of human activity (IPCC, 2007) .Impacts of climate change vary regionally. The UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme) and the WMO (World Meteorological Organization) jointly established IPCC to assess available scientific information on climate change as well as to study its impact.
