A "must read" for all in the IT industry

I read the book the first time in 1996, and after that, have referred to it several times every year. This is one of the best IT books I have read. In my opinion, it is in the same class as Fred Brook's Mythical Man-Months, and Steve McConnell's two books Code Complete and Rapid Development. Making complex things appear simple is a challenge. David Vaskevitch has done it so nicely.
