best EmotionaI Intelligence how-to so far.....

Busche does a masterful job of applying the theory of EI at the very nuts and bolts heart of what touches our EI buttons. He offers original tools and frameworks that make it possible for anyone to learn, apply, practice and master "leadership" (mastery of ourselves so that we can be effective in our interactions with others). This book is as much a how-to requiring absorption in small bites as it is a treatise on organizational behavior you might read over a weekend. Locally, we have formed a book group starting with this book. It's a great way to really get your head around this marvelous work. charley

Gervase nails it once again!

Bushe's first edition of Clear Leadership caught our attention as he explored the various components of effective leadership. I wondered what the business case was for investing in a "remake.' I am pleased that this update is a for-real 'new and improved' version that reflects his further thinking, practice, and evolution of the field. A winner, once again.
