This is a totally nonfiction book about my life bringing to the beginning of our pandemic. It tells stories about my childhood, teenage years, military life, and how my life evolved to this point. I bring to the table some humor weaved around and a few photos from my life. I especially would like to thank the male gender and how they helped me follow and achieve my dreams. And yes, a few females as well. All greatly appreciated This book also includes a long letter to my father who had passed and what I would want him to know about my life since this time and all the questions that were left unanswered. And a special section for my fellow bipolarites and how we need to manage ourselves for the benefit of our health and for the benefit of others.
