this is 100% intendend for an 18+ audience - iit does contain serious subjects... but it's not that deep. It's a smut filled fun ride with a story that gets resolved. It was my 'can I even write 90K words' book. It was/is my toe test into novel writing. I assure you it is a fun story with two characters, one of which is an ass and you'll either love or hate him... or maybe love to hate him and the other a strong independent woman who knows what she wants.
