Grammar based FL teachers will love this

This book is an updated version of Modern Language Classroom Techniques by the same authors. This is superior in the fact the examples, given in French, Spanish, and German, have translations into English. Modern Language Classroom Techniques (MLCT) did not do this. (See my review of that book for more info.) The Culture section is expanded from MLCT. There are some extra activities like the "say vs. tell" cards on pl 131. The ideas for pictures for buildings on p. 16 is useful. The ESL is not a main focus of the book although all the activities can be used by ESL teachers.
