Fantastic little book of Welsh classics

I just returned from a two week trip to England and Wales, and my travel companions bought this book as a gift for another friend who's really into cooking. I took a quick look today, before it's gifted away. What a delightful surprise! It's a compact cozy book of Welsh favorites, and now I need my OWN copy so I can try some of these. I fell in love with Welshcakes in Llangollen and they're on page 62. There's a short explanation of each recipe - enough to give context but not a dissertation - and I love that the Welsh name is included. Ingredients and temps are listed in Metric AND Imperial.
