Clash of Fleets: Naval Warfare of World War II

Clash of Fleets is a miniature tabletop wargame focussing on World War II naval combat. While we had World War II in mind, it is possible to adapt these rules to World War I scenarios easily, ormitting any aircraft except spotters and only using generic torpedo rulers. You can play any size of game ranging from skirmishes with just a few smaller ships to larger fleet actions following some simple tweaks.
