While on a small island in Indonesia, during 'wet season, ' with waves crashing and rain pouring amidst 80 degree weather, Shanna began receiving poems in her mind during sleep. She would wake to type them, no matter the time, because she knew they needed to be heard by others at some point, as they bring clarity to this life, in poem form.
