Emanuel Law outlines: Civil procedure

Highly recommend it!!!!!In my opinion it is a very good source of supplementary information. The outlining is great and the explanations really do help. The cases that are discussed relate directly to the topic at issue and the main ideas of a particular case are outlined as well.

Good for Black Letter Law

Emanuel does a nice job on the black letter law. Prefer his Crunchtime series for exam prep.

A Reduced Price for a Good Overview

I heard that this series is a cheaper alternative to the overpriced Emanuel Law Outlines. It breaks everything down quickly but doesn't make you feel like you should have paid more. It gives numerous flow charts and gives good exam tips. I recommend this if you can't afford Emanuel Law Outlines.

the cards are a good supplement--in the line of so many supplements. If you like trivial pursut--you'll like learning with the flashcards.

Emanuel Civil Procedure

BUY OUTLINES FOR ALL YOUR CLASSES! THE BOOKS FOR CLASS ARE ONLY CASEBOOKS - THEY DON'T EXPLAIN THE LAW; THE OUTLINES DO! I have found this book VERY helpful. I will be purchasing a commercial outline of some sort for every class I take now. Emanuel's, specifically, is very good. I have no way of comparing this brand with others, since this is the only brand I have used, but nonetheless, I have been very pleased.
