Azril and Omegra have completed the Disciples Doctrine and now it's time to recruit the Disciples of God. They decide to begin at the local college. Hundreds of students join them, until they outgrow their temporary city.

They move the City of Disciples to a larger property and trouble ensues. The outsiders that commit evil acts against the disciples are shunned from the physical land, just as God will shun them from the promised land.
