Tepid and meandering

Wondered why I had never heard of a movie with such a great cast. Now I know why. It's passable as a movie, but you'll forget it as soon as the credits roll. Some laughably bad dialogue sprinkled throughout. Cusack is actually pretty good. Pacino is on cruise control for most of it.
